Publication Ethics

The journal is following the instructions of COPE:

  • The peer-review process is highly confidential, and the researchers are not allowed to be aware of the reviewers or to get their statements.
  • It is considered unethical for authors to submit a manuscript that has been submitted in whole or in part elsewhere, has been published, or is under review.
  • Authors must include a conflict of interest statement and identify all sources of funding and material copyrights.
  • Plagiarism and forgery must be strictly avoided in any part of the submitted manuscripts.
  • The researcher has to follow the scientific method taking account into the publishing rules.

The editorial board:

  • The editorial board is committed to checking and revising carefully the submitted manuscripts taking into account the intellectual property rights and the quotation average from other manuscripts to keep the rights of other authors when publishing in the journal, therefore, plagiarism must be avoided in the submitted manuscripts.
  • If plagiarism or misleading information is found in the submitted manuscripts, the journal has the right to take legal action against the authors which may lead to banning the authors from future publication in the journal.
  • The editorial board must not disclose any information included in the submitted manuscripts.
  • The editorial board adheres to edit the manuscripts as soon as possible and to keep in contact permanently with the authors regarding that.
  • The editorial board is in charge of sending the submitted manuscripts to the referees for final evaluation and notifying the authors with the final decision via email.

The reviewer’s responsibility:

  • The reviewers are committed to complete impartiality during the peer review process.
  • The blind peer reviewing is used for the submitted manuscripts.
  • The reviewers are responsible for an accurate evaluation of the submitted manuscripts with regard to the specific major.

The authors:

  • The authors have to submit the original work and present it carefully in a scientific method according to the criteria of the journal, taking account into, the language, the layout, and the core according to the journal’s criteria.
  • The authors have to present a piece of accurate information about the copyrighted intellectual rights of other authors,
  • The authors should avoid misleading information, and translating from other authors without citation. Furthermore, the authors have to mention all books, websites, articles, and periodicals in the bibliography list.
